WISE one-to-one tutoring is available to everyone.
At WISE, our one-to-one programme is designed to help you develop your English for a specific purpose.
WISE can assist you with:

Preparation for Cambridge A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 Exams, IELTS Exams, Right to Stay in the UK exams.

General day-to-day English for more effective communication and confidence in speaking English.

Preparation for Interviews, looking at spoken and written techniques.

Assistance in specific areas which need developing, for example pronunciation or key skills such as reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Each course is tailored to your individual needs and requirements.
What can you expect from your one-to-one English classes with WISE?

Qualified speakers of English – all tutors are qualified to teach English as a Foreign Language. WISE pairs you up with a specialist tutor based on your personal objectives.

Language placement test - this is free and is usually completed before your first lesson. It identifies your current level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of References for Languages).

Needs analysis – before or on the first day of tutoring, the teacher will complete a needs analysis to find out your specific needs and areas of strength and weakness. With this information, the teacher will select appropriate material and create a study programme.

Monitoring progress – this happens on a regular basis in order to measure your achievement and highlight any areas that might need extra attention.

Access to WISE’s cultural events – as a WISE student, you are welcome to join the cultural events programme. This is optional and it gives you the opportunity to meet other students and practise your English.

Contract and Payment – WISE will ask you to sign Terms and Conditions. Payment for private lessons is monthly. WISE send an invoice and payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal.
