Emma, Liz and Amanda from WISE are proud to say they have completed their 10K Challenge, with very respectable times. It was a great day , with over 1,000 runners . The atmosphere down at Cowey Sale was amazing, with 'FitWithFrank' doing the warm-up. All 3 runners did amazingly well, and really enjoyed their run.
