The Weybridge International School of English, (WISE) are delighted that all their hard work has been acknowledged. In March 2019, they were awarded British Council accreditation, a UK quality assurance scheme for schools, colleges and universities who offer English as a Foreign Language (EFL).
Robust accreditation process
The accreditation process is robust and requires the school to fulfil strict processes and procedures underpinned by a very high standard of academic results. Plus, the management and operation of the school is recognised as being well ordered and meticulous in its day to day procedures.
Consistent, high standard of English teaching
Students who study English EFL at a British Council accredited school, can rest assured that the academic standard of teaching is consistent and to the highest quality. Indeed, during the Summer of 2019, WISE achieved outstanding performance results from students who had sat the Cambridge Examinations, recognised around the world to be of a very high level.
Liz Denham, Co-Founder and Managing Director of WISE said; ‘We are thrilled to have achieved British Council Accreditation. The staff and students all work incredibly hard to achieve the highest standards of English at the school. We look forward to continuing to work with our local Surrey community of students who are living and working here to improve their English and gain insight into the British culture.’
Global reach, local language school
Liz commented; ‘WISE attracts students from across the globe, both for business and day to day English. With our British Council accreditation, we are now able to attract 18-year-old plus students, who have short term study visas for up to eleven months. We look forward to welcoming these students into our school.’
The WISE Autumn Terms registrations are taking place from Monday 2nd until Friday 6th September 2019. Students can find out more about booking their place here https://www.weybridge-english.com/ or by emailing info@weybridge-english.com.
